What: Group design project of a native american art museum and artist residency

1st Place, 2019 Dennis Lanz Native American Art Museum 3rd Year Design Competition

• Constructed of concrete, with curtain wall moments throughout the galleries

• Designed to embrace the river, as well as accommodate Native American groups and communities 

• Oriented at a 45-degree angle in respect to the edge of the river

• A one-way museum gallery path was implemented to create a simple route through the galleries

• The central plaza slopes down beneath the front of the building to connect the outdoor space with the river, and allows guests to be led to the natural environment
